The aim of this programme is to (from a farming business perspective): • Provide Aotearoa New Zealand with people who have the knowledge and skills to establish, operate, grow, and sustain a small business. These individuals include:  Graduates who have successfully completed NZ Certificate in Business (Level 3)  Individuals who have established or have an interest in establishing and developing their own small business to operate, grow and sustain in Aotearoa New Zealand.  People looking for a new career or a career change and/or have an interest in learning about establishing and successfully running a small business within the local and wider community. • Apply business skills and knowledge to a small business, in accordance with ngā kaupapa o te Tiriti o Waitangi (the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi), and in a multi-cultural environment
