              This qualification is designed for learners who wish to acquire introductory information and skills in hospitality and tourism, including customer service and teamwork, food hygiene, international travel and and making great first impressions in a workplace. This programme is a pathway towards further tourism study, including a One Year Certificate Programme by adding on the Tourism, Travel & Airline Industry Level 3 programme.

              This fees-free course is perfect if you want to study with us but don’t have your NCEA Level 2. There’s lots of variety and you’ll learn everything from hospitality & tourism to customer service & team building.
