International Flight Attending (Level 4) (Full)

This course covers all things aviation, from grooming to customer service, safety and emergency procedures and more. Ideal for those dreaming of a career as a flight attendant or cabin crew member, or in airline operations.

This course includes:

• Aviation terminology

• Flight and aircraft components

• Customer service: providing food and beverage in flight

• Communicating with customers

• Managing conflict onboard an aircraft

• Aviation medicine

• Cabin preparation pre-flight

• Responsible service of alcohol

• Plus loads more!

Domestic Students

Applicants must:

• Be 18 or over upon completion of the qualification due to the requirements of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol (2012)*

• Have achieved a New Zealand or National Certificate qualifications in Tourism and Travel related areas at Level 3. Other equivalent qualifications will be considered.

Additional information

You must be able to 

• Gain a passport without restrictions

• Meet the relevant aviation regulatory authority, Civil Aviation (CAA), or NZ Defense Force (NZDF) security vetting standards

Students should also be able to swim.
