Learn invaluable business strategy skills and the latest food industry trends as you research, develop and design a new food product or service - pitching it, testing it and tweaking it to get it ready for market. The course includes a 20 week paid internship, where you’ll put your new business and management knowledge to the test in a real hospitality or food company.

New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 6)

Students must:

  • You need to be 18 or older

  • Have completed the New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management Level 5, or New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) Level 5, or relevant industry experience

  • If you are an international student, you must also have an English level of 6 IELTS or equivalent* with no band score lower than 5.5.

  • You must have travel and medical insurance and a valid visa.

* Other English Tests / evidence may be approved as advised by NZQA
