The aim of this programme is to provide learners with the applied skills, knowledge and capability needed to supervise teams and manage work schedules on a commercial construction site. The programme also prepares graduates to pathway into the New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Level 6) with strands in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying [Ref: 2420], and the New Zealand Diploma in Architectural Technology (Level 6)
