New Zealand Certificate in Horticulture (Level 3) part-time

To provide graduates with an understanding of soil and plant sciences and knowledge of the different techniques used to grow and care for plants within a variety of horticulture contexts. It will prepare learners for a variety of employment opportunities, equally it will support the practical skills of those akonga/learners currently working within the horticulture sector. It has a strong community focus for people currently linked to a community garden who want to learn more and for people keen to develop their own domestic garden
