Why choose marketing?
Marketing is more important now than ever before. The world is awash with innovative products, services, technologies and solutions, but it’s getting harder and harder to cut through in order to generate revenue and profit. Innovation alone cannot sustain a company. It has to be paired with effective marketing which means there are great career prospects for marketers, and in New Zealand, which is largely made up of SME’s who need to make their marketing resources and budgets cost effective. A multi-talented marketer who can do more will always have the edge on someone who only has creative OR business skills.
Students need NCEA Level 2 or equivalent evidence that they have the ability to succeed in the programme.
International applicants must be 18 years or older and have proof that within the last 2 years they have gained English language skills equivalent to IELTS level 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.
